1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using https://internzilla.in("Website") and registering for our internship programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Our programs are designed primarily for university students, recent graduates, and self-learners seeking practical experience.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (password).
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Internship Program Rules

To maintain the value and integrity of the InternZilla certification, all students must adhere to the following rules:

• Task Completion: You must complete all assigned tasks for your chosen domain and duration.
• Originality: All code, designs, and submissions must be your own work. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate rejection without certification.
• Deadlines: All tasks must be submitted through the official submission form before the program's end date.

4. Certificates and Verification

Upon successful completion and verification of all assigned tasks, InternZilla will issue a verified certificate.

• Certificates are issued digitally via email and are hosted on our verification portal.
• Each certificate carries a unique Certificate ID and QR code linking to its verification URL.
• InternZilla reserves the right to revoke any certificate if it is later found that the candidate engaged in plagiarism, cheating, or violated any terms.

5. Enrollment and Refund Policy

Some advanced domains or premium support tracks may require an enrollment fee.

• All enrollment fees are clearly stated before the checkout/application step.
• Refund Policy: Once an application is submitted and your internship credentials (offer letter/tasks) are issued via email, enrollment fees are non-refundable.
• Exceptions may be made only if a program is cancelled by InternZilla.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall InternZilla, its founders, or team members be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in our internship programs. The certifications are provided to validate skill proficiency and do not guarantee direct employment.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
